This upcoming PBS series introduces us to A.J. O'Neil and his family, who run a small family grocery store and butcher shop in Shippenville, Pennsylvania. Each episode invites viewers to take the trip from the carcass to the final product on your table. You'll love the farm-to-table process and you'll fall in love with the colorful characters of the shop.
